Daddy Day Care Update 06 Feb 08
Well we’re still alive, so that’s good.
We’ve been having a great time, but as much as its fun, its also very tiring as there’s always something to be done. Some things are easier to do once Ben is asleep and some things you can’t do then because they might waken him (e.g. hoover, which by the way, Ben thinks is hilarious).
In our notion of ‘tag-team parenting’, I feel like the guy who’s stuck in the wrestling ring because his partner’s been knocked out with a steel chair. Given that one of Ben’s latest tricks is to climb onto your back, when you’re sitting on the floor with him, and bounce up and down, sometimes the wrestling ring feeling is more literal than others!
